Exam Classes
These are arranged individually according to grade and experience
Junior Exams
St.Andrew's Church Halls, High Street, Inverurie
Saturdays 12:30 - 13:30 Individual (up to Grade1, age 6 - 11)
Saturdays 13:30 - 14:30 Individual (from Entry level to Grade2)
with Rhona Mitchell and Student teachers.
Senior Exams (Grade 3 and above)
Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:30
Wednesdays 4:30- 5:30
Wednesdays 7:45 - 8:45
with Rhona Mitchell and other tutors as required.
Rhona teaches a maximum of 4 at a time, and works with each person individually on their appropriate grade
The Exam Classes do drama and speech games, poetry speaking, sight reading, text work, choral speaking, improvisation and mime. Seniors also do voice and speech exercises and theory. MSD will use London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, who travel to Inverurie for these examinations. It is not essential for students to do exams, but they are available to those who wish to enter.
Many students have benefited from the individual attention this type of work gives them. MSD's results are consistently high; examiners often commenting on the standard of work achieved. Many entrants have now achieved the medal grades.

Spoken English,
Acting (Solo, Duo and Group),
Improvisation.
There is a fee payable for entry to each examination.
